This is a senior leadership role that will see you take ownership of the firm’s corporate tax offering, working closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory and compliance services to a varied and stimulating portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities*Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services to a high standard
*Driving business development activity, identifying opportunities to grow the client base and expand service lines within the tax function
*Providing strategic tax planning advice to clients across a range of sectors, including complex and high-value matters
*Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior and mid-level members of the tax team to support their progression
*Collaborating with partners and other departments to deliver a joined-up and commercially focused service to clients
Requirements*CTA and/or ACA qualified, or equivalent, with significant post-qualification experience at a senior level
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation, with demonstrable experience in both compliance and advisory work
*Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships at Director level, with a track record of contributing to business development
*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels and inspire a high-performing team
