Job Title: PMO Lead (6-Month FTC Permanent)

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a delivery function in a technology-led environment. This role will start as a 6-month FTC with strong potential to convert to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and support 2 Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
*Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, including governance and reporting
*Own and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities
*Oversee delivery of technology and change initiatives (time, scope, budget)
*Establish and drive a structured change function
*Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and escalation management
Key Experience
*Proven PMO Lead / Senior PMO experience in tech environments
*Track record of setting up or improving PMO/delivery functions
*Strong portfolio and roadmap management experience
*Experience delivering technology and business change projects
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
Desirable
*Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
*Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project
