Job Description:
Title: TA Specialist
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Contract: 6 Months
Hours: Full Time (9am to 5.30pm)
We are seeking a driven and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global medical device company. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional who excels in high-volume environments and is passionate about identifying top-tier talent for a variety of speciality roles.
Key Responsibilities:
As a TA Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your main objectives will include:
*End-to-End Recruiting: Defining requirements, sourcing, and negotiating offers with standard compensation packages.
*Sourcing Strategy: Developing and executing cost-effective strategies using job boards, social media, CRM/ATS data, referral programs, and DEI talent pipelines.
*Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for first-line hiring managers and collaborating with internal HR centres.
*Operational Excellence: Delivering services independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established technology and process models.
*Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional journey for every candidate.
Person Specification:
*Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in an agency or in-house talent acquisition environment.
*Proven Track Record: Experience filling entry-level to mid-level roles and delivering meaningful candidate slates in a fast-paced setting.
*Strategy & Execution: The ability to support operational hiring strategies that yield tangible results, such as building pipelines or diverse slates.
*Influence: Build credibility with stakeholders through market knowledge and the ability to articulate hiring needs effectively.
*Data & Tech Savvy: Proficiency in reporting and presenting data using MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM).
*Resilience: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes in direction or project scope
