The Senior Project Manager’s roleThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects through all stages of the lifecycle, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality objectives. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee procurement and contract administration.
The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic input, manage project risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. This Senior Project Manager role will also involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider success of the team.


The Senior Project ManagerThe ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record within a construction consultancy environment, delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or public sector. The Senior Project Manager should hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and ideally be chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB.
