An In-House Commercial Property Locum is required for an immediate start with a national retail-led organisation based near Northampton. This 3-6 month contract offers £45-£50 per hour, with hybrid working and two days per week in the office.

Description
The Commercial Property Locum will be:
*Managing acquisitions and disposals across a varied property estate
*Handling lease renewals and related landlord and tenant matters
*Advising on property litigation issues
*Supporting the wider legal and estates teams on commercial property work
*Reviewing, drafting and negotiating property documentation
*Providing pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders
*Helping manage a busy workload from day one
Profile
The Commercial Property Locum should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial property experience
*Available to start immediately
*Confident handling acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals
*Experienced in property litigation matters
*Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
*Happy to attend the Northampton office two days per week
