Finance Manager
London (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 from home)
£75,000 – £80,000 + benefits

Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a leading global hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
*Produce and review management accounts, variance analysis, and performance insights
*Business partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
*Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports
*Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies
*Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems
*Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects
Requirements
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
*Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
*Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
