Cover Supervisor
Pay - £100 - £120 per day
Location – Swansea & West Wales
Hours – 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
*Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
*Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*At least 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
*EWC registration – or willingness to register
*Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
While not required, the following would be beneficial:
*Previous experience working with children or young people
*A degree or relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a subject specialism
*Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or youth work experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
