Deputy Nursery Manager – Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42
Salary: £16.00ph / Circa £19,000pa (depending on experience/qualifications)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3.45pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time (38 Weeks)
We are seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly nursery team in Bracknell.

Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursery Manager
*Support the Nursery Manager in leading the team and operations
*Develop and implement stimulating educational programmes aligned with EYFS
*Oversee daily nursery activities including meals, play, and routines
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment
*Build strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication
*Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and Ofsted requirements
About You
*Level 3+ in Childcare or equivalent
*Previous experience as Deputy Manager or similar leadership role
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
*Passionate about early years education and child development
*Eligible to work in the UK
