The Role
The role will involve supporting pupils across the school, including those with SEND, both in the classroom and through small group interventions. You will help to raise attainment, build confidence, and support pupils’ social and emotional development.

This position is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before progressing into teacher training, as well as individuals from creative industries seeking to transition into education.
Requirements
• Graduate-level qualification or relevant creative background

• Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a classroom setting
The School

Staff benefit from strong leadership, a collaborative team culture, and opportunities for professional development. The school values creativity, diversity, and inclusion, making it a great place to begin or further develop a career in education.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.
If you are a graduate or creative individual keen to pursue a career in education, please apply ASAP with an up-to-date CV.
