We are working with a well-established and growing business within the health, education, and care sectors, seeking a proactive Operations Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments and being at the centre of day-to-day operations.

The RoleAs an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both customer service and operational functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, efficient administration, and a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities*Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
*Handling customer queries, including warranty-related issues
*Monitoring and managing shared inboxes to ensure timely responses
*Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
*Providing administrative support across various departments
*Supporting purchasing processes, including order management and supplier coordination
About You*Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Comfortable using office systems, including CRM and accounts software
*A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
