We’re looking for a proven leader to head up a large Property Management team, drive operational excellence, and elevate client experience across a substantial portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
*Lead and manage a large team of Property Managers
*Managing key client relationships and large portfolios
*Driving operational improvements and performance standards
*Handling complex escalations and resolving issues decisively
*Implementing change and improving branch performance
*Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy
What you’ll bring:
*ARLA qualification (non-negotiable)
*Strong track record managing a large property management teams across extensive portfolios
*Confident leadership and people development skills
*Operational mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
*Experience turning around underperforming teams/branches
*Solid systems knowledge (Reapit a bonus)
*Resilience, organisation, and the ability to juggle priorities
