What You’ll Be Doing
*Manage daily client account transactions accurately and in line with compliance requirements
*Allocate receipts, payments, and transfers
*Maintain client ledgers and support reconciliations
*Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
*Process invoices, expenses, and supplier payments
*Support payment runs and supplier onboarding
*Resolve finance queries and collaborate closely with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisation
*Clear communication and confidence working with stakeholders
*Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm in a busy environment
*Comfortable with Excel and finance systems (training provided)
*A proactive, team-first mindset with genuine interest in legal finance
*Previous legal cashiering experience is welcomed, but not essential
