We’re recruiting for a Director of Sales in Cambridge, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established hotel environment. Key Responsibilities:
As Director of Sales in Cambridge, you’ll lead from the front to drive performance and results:
*Oversee daily sales operations to maximise revenue and client satisfaction
*Generate leads, attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and represent the business at trade shows
*Monitor corporate accounts and address any performance declines
*Manage RFPs across corporate and consortia segments
*Analyse GDS reports to strengthen meetings and conference business
*Produce performance reports for senior leadership
*Support pricing strategy and forecasting with the wider team
*Collaborate closely with the revenue function to optimise rates

*Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality
