Working Mode : Hybrid (3-4 days in the office)
Contract: Open to either a fixed-term or Summer Intern
Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

The Role
As a Graduate/Trainee SDR at The National College, you will support the Sales team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth.
In this role, you will contribute to top-of-funnel activities by identifying and engaging prospective customers, while collaborating closely with both Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client engagement, pipeline development, and the use of key sales tools and frameworks.
This role offers valuable exposure to B2B sales within a SaaS environment. You will also maintain CRM data integrity and support campaigns designed to maximise lead generation.
What You’ll be Doing
*Source and reach out to leads from target prospect lists
*Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
*Identifycustomer pain points and assess solution fit
*Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
*Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in the CRM
*Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and targeting
*Track performance against sales development KPIs

*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
*Interest in sales, marketing, and SaaS technology
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and open to learning new tools
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
