Duties:
*Manage internal and external parts enquiries efficiently and professionally
*Source, price, and dispatch high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
*Assist in stock control and inventory management

*Support import/export procedures for parts as required
*Collaborate closely with the sales and service departments
*Provide exceptional customer service to clients and parts suppliers
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
*Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts management systems
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
*Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
*Punctual, well-presented, and flexible to meet business needs
