Our client is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established multi-site independent garage in Exeter, Devon. Benefits:
*Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
*Potential earnings of up to £42,000 including OTE
*Regular optional overtime on Saturdays
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
*Performing comprehensive diagnostics and repairs across various makes and models
*Undertaking vehicle servicing, MOT preparations, and warranty work
*Replacing timing belts, clutches, and other essential components
*Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
*Supporting the workshop team with high standards of workmanship as a Vehicle Technician
*Ensuring all work is carried out in line with industry and company standards
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
*Qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
*Strong diagnostics skills are preferred; experienced technicians are encouraged to apply
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence
*A proactive approach to learning and professional growth
*Willingness to undertake additional training courses, including diagnostics and air conditioning
