Sales Progression Manager
Location: Colchester, Essex. Office Based Role.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No Weekends)
Start Date: Immediate interviews available
Permanent, full time employed role.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
• A confident communicator with standout customer-service skills
• Experience in Sales Progression or Estate Agency (preferred but not essential)
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven attitude
• A willingness to learn and grow
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
