Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Midlands Based)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited to candidates based in the Midlands, who are passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and building strong talent pipelines across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
*Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
*Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
*Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
*Utilise recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
*Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
*Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organisation as an employer of choice
Requirements
*Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role (in-house or agency)
*Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
*Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Desirable
*Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines or sectors
*Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies
*CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
