Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a true360° role, combining candidate delivery with proactive business development.


Key Responsibilities


*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management to candidate placement
*Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
*Identify and win new business opportunities within the energy sector
*Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across permanent and/or contract roles
*Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and recruitment solutions
*Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets


About You


*Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
*Strong track record in business development
*Energy, oil & gas, or related engineering sector experience preferred
*Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-focused
