Interim Finance Manager
Leeds | Hybrid
£80,000 – £85,000
12 Month FTC
Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a great business in Leeds as they look to bring in an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to support through a key period of change.
This is a 12-month contract with strong exposure across FP&A and core finance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as a key contact for financial insight, combining FP&A with core finance to support decision-making
*Lead month-end activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
*Deliver clear reporting packs with meaningful analysis on performance and trends
*Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity
*Track and develop KPIs to provide visibility across the business
*Ensure strong controls and audit readiness across finance processes
*Drive improvements across systems, reporting and FP&A processes
*Support and develop junior team members
*Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, value-adding insight
Key Skills:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong FP&A and financial modelling capability
*Confident with reporting, analysis and performance insight
*Solid month-end and technical accounting experience
*Budgeting and forecasting expertise
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills
*Process-driven with good systems awareness
