About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting. You’ll play a key role in leading the team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and building strong relationships with families and external professionals to support each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the overall management and smooth daily operation of the nursery
*Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
*Ensure children are safe, engaged, and supported in line with EYFS
*Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance

Requirements:
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
*Strong knowledge of EYFS
*Good understanding of safeguarding practices
*Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting
