Job Description:
Purchase Ledger
*Process invoices onto Sage 200, matching with purchase orders and delivery notes
*Request and chase approvals of invoices
*Follow internal controls ensuring proof of delivery and approvals are captured
*Support in daily monitoring of the shared email inbox
*Reconcile supplier statements, requesting missing documents where required
*Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary
Sales Ledger (Data Entry & Maintenance)
*Enter sales invoices accurately into the system
*Ensure all sales ledger documentation is complete and correctly filed
*Match sales invoices to supporting documentation (e.g., contracts, delivery notes)
*Maintain customer account details and update records where required
*Assist with allocating incoming payments to the correct accounts (no debt chasing)
*Support with general ledger housekeeping to ensure data accuracy
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
*Experience of 2-way and 3-way match
*Sage 200 experience
*Good organisational skills
*Strong attention to detail
