Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
*Conduct scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake checks, and tyre replacements
*Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including engine, transmission, exhaust, and electrical systems
*Ensure all repairs and servicing are completed in line with industry safety and quality standards
*Communicate efficiently with customers, explaining repairs and associated costs clearly
*Record all work accurately and complete service documentation
*Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and stay up-to-date with automotive technology
*Adhere to all health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
*Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Technician
*Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
*Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
*Passion for automotive technology and continuous professional development
