Internal Sales Executive Job in Ferndown


About the Role


Our well-established manufacturing client based in Ferndown are looking for a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. This is a fast-paced role focused on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the external sales team. The successful Internal Sales Executive will be confident on the phone, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by working towards targets and KPIs. You will play a key role in developing relationships with contractors, architects and clients while ensuring opportunities are followed up and converted into orders.


Salary and Benefits


*A salary of £27,000 – £30,000 base per annum
*On target earnings
*23 days holiday + bank holidays

*Full training across all relevant product ranges


Key Responsibilities


*Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services
*Building relationships with contractors, architects and specifiers
*Generating new leads and identifying potential project opportunities
*Working towards sales targets and performance KPIs
*Following up quotations and chasing opportunities to secure orders
*Supporting the external sales team by arranging meetings and providing information
*Liaising with the estimating team to ensure quotations are issued on time
*Sending product information, samples and technical details to customers
*Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate sales information
*Answering incoming sales enquiries and directing them appropriately


Skills and Experience


*Previous experience in sales, internal sales or account management
*Confident making outbound calls and speaking with new clients
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
*Motivated by targets and performance goals
*Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment
*Self-motivated
