What you’ll be doing
With full training and ongoing support, you’ll learn how to:
* Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Match candidates to suitable vacancies
* Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
* Make outbound calls to develop new and existing business
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
