The Job:
The Finance Business Partner provides essential support to the organisation’s operational and strategic financial management, functioning as the primary bridge between finance and operations.
*Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Financial reporting and analysis.
*Budgeting and financial planning.
*Assisting with process improvements.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
*The successful candidate will be studying for a professional financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
*Advanced Excel skills are essential.
*Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.
*The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships is essential.
