Job Description:
This international law firm is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support our Business Development & Marketing team in London. You will play a key role in delivering pitches, marketing materials, events, and client-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
*Support pitches, RFPs, and client research
*Assist with marketing materials, directories, and communications
*Maintain BD tools (deals database, CVs, intranet content)
*Coordinate client events and manage CRM data (InterAction)
*Collaborate with teams across the firm on BD initiatives
About You
*Experience in BD/marketing, ideally in professional services
*Strong research, organisation, and communication skills
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
*Team player with the ability to work independently
