About the Role:

We are working with a well-established early years provider who are seeking an experienced Early Years Nursery Manager to lead and support two nursery settings in the East London area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and hands-on leader who is passionate about early childhood education and maintaining outstanding EYFS practice across multiple sites.

The role will involve strategic oversight, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving high standards of care, education and team engagement.
The Nurseries

Setting 1: Catering for babies and younger toddlers

Setting 2: Catering for older toddlers and preschool children

Both settings are well-resourced, stable, and supported by a wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of two nursery settings
*Support and develop Nursery staff
*Ensure high-quality EYFS delivery across both sites
*Maintain excellent safeguarding, compliance and quality standards
*Drive continuous improvement and positive OFSTED outcomes
*Build strong relationships with parents, staff and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:
*A Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
*Proven nursery management experience, ideally across multiple settings
*Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
*A confident, hands-on leadership style
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
