RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, growing company based in Bamber Bridge who are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave.
The Accounts Manager would report into the Managing Director and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day transactional duties for the business, preparing for month end and liaising with the external accountant as necessary.
Duties include:
*End-to-end sales and purchase ledger - invoice processing, approvals and postings
*Bank account and credit card reconciliations
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Manage payment runs
*Support credit control - oversee aged debt and authorise sales orders
*Ownership of cashflow reporting
*Forecast foreign currency requirements
*Month end reporting as required
*Primary point of contact for all accounts queries and liaise with external accountants as required
This Accounts Manager role would be ideal for someone who is confident with managing the end-to-end processes across both sides of the ledger and is confident with month-end close. Experience managing cashflow would be a great advantage.
