Accompanied Viewer – Estate Agency
Location: Arnold, Nottingham
Salary: £28,500 basic (£30,000 OTE)
Hours: 4 weekdays (09:00 – 18:00) + every Saturday (09:00 – 15:00) Day off in Lieu
Car Allowance: £400 per month

A well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency is seeking a motivated and personable Accompanied Viewer to join its expanding team. The Role
As an Accompanied Viewer, you will play a key role in the customer journey by showcasing properties to prospective buyers and tenants. You will act as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the business, ensuring every viewing is informative, engaging, and tailored to the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants
*Provide clear, accurate information about properties and the local area
*Deliver structured feedback to the sales and lettings teams following viewings
*Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to appointments
*Coordinate viewing schedules with vendors, landlords, and colleagues
*Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
About You
*Confident, professional, and approachable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client requirements
*Well-presented with a customer-first mindset
*Full UK driving licence
*Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
