Job Description:
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing, multi-site organisation in their search for a HR Advisor to join their dynamic People Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and impactful role, combining hands-on people support with the opportunity to shape and develop HR policies across the business.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative People function, you will provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while taking ownership of policy development and governance.
This is a highly visible, group-wide role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence both operational HR delivery and strategic initiatives.
DAY TO DAY
* Providing HR guidance and support to managers across employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
* Maintaining accurate HR records and systems in line with GDPR requirements
* Producing and analysing HR data to support business decisions
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Coordinating HR meetings and providing general administrative support
* Supporting redundancy processes and consultations
* Administering employee benefits and payroll-related processes
* Supporting performance review processes and advising managers
* Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
* Recommending improvements and supporting new policy initiatives
* Developing supporting documentation, templates, and guidance
* Advising on policy interpretation and ensuring consistent application
* Supporting the rollout of policy updates through training and communication
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data
* Confident working independently and across multiple sites
* Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
* Travel to multiple sites required – access to your own vehicle is essential
