Adele Carr Recruitment is supporting a large organisation in Liverpool with the appointment of a
Finance Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.
If you’ve recently qualified and want more than just month-end and reporting, this is a role where you’ll learn, influence and add real value from day one. We’re working with a growing Liverpool-based business looking to appoint a newly qualified accountant into a visible, commercially focused position supporting the Head of Finance.
The successful applicant will be newly qualified, preferably ACA / CIMA with the potential to grow in a commercial role.

Job Summary:
*Supporting delivery of monthly management accounts
*Producing analysis, insights with full commentary for senior stakeholders
*Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
*Partnering with operational teams to drive performance and challenge decisions
*Supporting improvements in process, controls and reporting
*Getting involved in projects, systems and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal applicant:
*Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
*Ideally practice-trained (ICAEW / Top 10) or strong industry exposure
*Strong Excel skills and a natural interest in data and insight
*Someone who is curious, commercially minded and wants to get involved
*Confident communicator - able to engage with non-finance stakeholders
