The role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions
*File management from instruction through to completion
*Time recording and fee management in line with targets
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes
*Participating in team meetings and departmental initiatives
*Supporting business development, marketing and networking activity
*Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other services within the firm
About you
This role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor who:
*Has relevant residential conveyancing experience (PQE flexible)
*Manages files efficiently with attention to detail
*Enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships
*Takes a commercial and solutions-focused approach
*Works well as part of a collaborative team
