Filing Assistant
£12.73 per hour + holiday
Corsham, Wiltshire
Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Are you immediately available and happy to get stuck into a hands-on admin role? If so, this could be a great short-term opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in Corsham.
Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Filing Assistant to help organise and clear a backlog of documentation. This is a key role where your accuracy and efficiency will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sorting, organising, and filing large volumes of paperwork
*Updating and maintaining electronic records
*Ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and easy to retrieve
*Scanning and uploading documents to internal systems
*Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
*Assisting with data entry and record management
Person Specification:
*Previous administration experience is preferred
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
*Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Reliable, organised, and proactive
Additional Information:
*Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm (rotating weekly shift)
*Fully office-based role
*Due to location, own transport is beneficial
This role is available to start immediately, so applicants must be available at short notice.
