Duties as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs
*Produce detailed repair estimates using industry-standard systems
*Identify appropriate repair methods in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
*Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisation
*Communicate repair plans effectively with technicians and workshop staff
*Maintain accurate documentation and job records throughout the repair process
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
*ATA or IMI qualification is preferred
*Audatex experience is desirable
*Strong knowledge of bodyshop repair methods and processes
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence
