Description
The Senior Property Solicitor will be:


* Acting as a senior legal advisor to key client stakeholders
* Dealing with a wide range of asset management matters
* Drafting and overseeing leases, licences, variations, and related agreements
* Working on property portfolio management work
* Working with legal / IT colleagues to deliver a seamless service
* Managing complex caseloads efficiently and commercially
* Providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client strategy
Profile
The Senior Property Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor or equivalent with 5-10 years PQE in English law
* A track record dealing with asset management for large corporate clients
* Ideally experienced in acquisitions or plot sales (desirable)
* A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
* Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach
** Confident using legal technology and digital tools
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £68,000 to £80,000 per annum.
