Your new role
*Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
*Providing one-to-one or small group support
*Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required


What you’ll need to succeed
*A genuine passion for working with children and young people
*Experience in a school or educational setting (desirable, not essential)
*A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
