We have a fantastic opening with a high end, luxury brand manufacturer for an exceptional and polished Customer Service Support Agent to provide an outstanding customer experience for their business customers.

What You’ll Do:
*Provide high-quality support and exceptional service.
*Handle queries on orders, stock availability, pricing & technical support
*Manage customer records & emails proactively
*Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
*Ensure smooth order processing & returns handling
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong customer service & communication skills
*Ability to problem-solve, prioritise & multitask
*Attention to detail & strong organisational skills
*Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (EFACS, Sage, HubSpot – desirable)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
*Experience with export & commercial invoicing (a plus!)
