As an Call Centre and Admin Assistant at Specsavers you willl work alongside our current call centre team. You’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

*Up to £12.91 an hour - depending on experience

What we’re looking for?
If this is something you’re interested in, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an NHS Admin Assistant.These include:
*Previous experience in an NHS administrative role preferred
*Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Clear and professional written communication (emails, letters, reports)
*Confident verbal communication with colleagues and customers
*Good telephone manner
*Positive, proactive attitude
*Strong customer-service mindset
