£26,437-£40,000 + uncapped commission

You’ll be recruiting for temporary finance roles across Berkshire, working in a high-growth market with genuine long-term potential. We’re looking for someone with the energy, commercial mindset, and confidence to take ownership and make a real impact.


Your New Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Finance division, you’ll manage and grow a desk focused on temporary finance roles, from transactional and part-qualified positions upwards. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional results.


You’ll be responsible for:
*Developing and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality finance professionals into temporary roles
*Building a deep understanding of the local finance market across Berkshire
*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a first-class experience for clients and candidates
*Working towards weekly and monthly targets within a supportive, high-performing team
