Appointment Setter
£26,000–£28,000 basic + £2,500 bonus
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm - Mallusk
Are you keen to build long-term business relationships and be part of a high-performing, supportive team? This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation within the vehicle leasing sector.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and supporting the wider business development strategy. You will be confident initiating conversations, managing a pipeline of prospects and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively engage with businesses of all sizes via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
*Generate and nurture leads, booking quality appointments for the business development team
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
*Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs
*Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers
*Accurately update and manage CRM records
About You
Essential
*Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting
*Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner
*Ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport
*Previous experience using CRM systems
*Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
*Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
What’s On Offer
*Competitive basic salary of £26,000–£28,000
*£2,500 annual bonus, paid quarterly
*Monday to Friday working hours only (no evenings or weekends)
