The Role
They’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and grow a high-performing SDR team. You’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales organisation, driving performance, and embedding best practice across lead generation and prospecting.


What you’ll be doing
*Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation
*Set targets and manage performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
*Own and evolve SDR strategy, processes, and ways of working
*Analyse pipeline and activity data to drive continuous improvement
*Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to improve lead quality and handover


What they’re looking for
*Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, with people management responsibility
*Strong background in sales or business development, consistently exceeding targets
*Confident communicator and coach with a hands-on leadership style
*Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track and analyse performance
*Commercial, data-driven mindset


Nice to have
*Experience within IT services, technology, or managed services environments
