Role Summary:
This is a New Business Account Executive role, deal for individuals who want the autonomy to build, retain, and grow a book of business. The business is open-minded on profile, whether you’re an established Executive with an existing portfolio or a Broker ready to step up. With strong internal marketing support and no immediate pressure to deliver in year one, this role offers genuine long-term earning potential and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities: Build your own pipeline and drive long-term income growth
• Manage and grow a portfolio: Develop lasting client relationships with high-value accounts
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions: Work across a broad range of commercial risks
• Collaborate with internal teams: Leverage marketing and operational support to win and retain clients
• Contribute to business growth: Play a key role in the firm’s continued expansion
Requirements:
• Experience within commercial insurance (broker or insurer background)
• Strong sales capability with a focus on relationship-building
• Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of business
• Comfortable handling mid-market or larger commercial risks (£5k+ income cases preferred)
