AREA SALES MANAGER | EAST ANGLIA & NORTH LONDON | £40-47K BASE + £6K BONUS
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in the water treatment sector, offering innovative solutions that improve water quality and prevent limescale build-up.
Their products are advanced water conditioning units that work without chemicals or salt, protecting pipework and appliances, improving efficiency, and reducing maintenance costs. They are widely used across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
The company has a strong, established presence across Europe and is now building momentum in the UK.


Your mission
*You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a well-established territory covering NR, IP, CB, SG, EN, CO, CM, SS, IL, RM, N & E postcodes, working closely with a network of plumbing and builders’ merchants.
*Drive product demand by engaging directly with end users and installers — hosting two or more breakfast mornings per week to educate, demonstrate, and promote the product range.
*Strengthen relationships with distribution partners, ensuring strong product visibility, stock presence, and staff engagement at branch level.
*Identify and win new business opportunities across the region, expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
*Deliver product training sessions and on-site support, positioning yourself as the go-to expert within your territory.


The kind of person we’re looking for
*Proven experience in an Area Sales Manager or Business Development role, ideally within plumbing, heating, water treatment, or building products. OR you can come from within a builders’ or plumbing merchants’ branch with experience in heating, plumbing, water filtration or similar.
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into sales. You must be a confident presenter and comfortable delivering hands-on product demonstrations.
*Organised and structured in your approach to territory management, and someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible in the market, and making a tangible impact.


The Package
*£40-47k basic salary + up to £8k bonus
*Company (electric/hybrid) Car or Car Allowance if preferred.

*23 days holiday + BH, which increases with service.
