Job Description:
Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

Specialist recruitment firm focused on Blockchain and Web3 hires across Europe and the US. Team of 30 generating £6m revenue, working with crypto platforms, DeFi projects and infrastructure providers. Fees regularly £25k+.
