*Employee Benefits Administrator
*South West London offices
*Working with small and medium sized clients
*£32.5k basic salary plus bonuses
My client is a boutique wealth planning and employee benefits business with offices in South West London who have been operating for many years with significant financial backing. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid whole of market advice to private and corporate clients. I have placed 2 staff into the business, and the business has plans to expand its offering.
A vacancy has come available for an Employee Benefits Administrator who will be responsible for administering employee benefits advice to 25 existing clients who are primarily small and medium sized businesses across London and the southeast. You will be responsible for managing a team leader who oversees a team of engagement and retention administrators as well as client relations administrator and seeing a steady growth of the department and ensuring existing business is maintained and serviced.
You will have 1 year of employee benefits administration experience or similar and be comfortable speaking to clients, dealing with queries both via telephone and email. Full study support will be on offer and a route to progress into more senior positions as time goes by.
