Job Description:
Our client a leading, independent property services group in the South of England with a strong regional presence are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme at a pivotal time of growth and investment.
They are making significant investment in technology to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and empower their teams with best-in-class tools. This role will take ownership of that transformation, shaping and delivering the IT strategy across the business.
What You’ll Do*Lead a major CRM transformation programme
*Define and deliver the overall IT strategy
*Oversee internal development teams and external technology partners
*Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and usability
*Build and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
*Strong track record of delivering technology change (not just strategy)
*Experience with CRM systems and platform migrations
*Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
*Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change
