Overview
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme. The role will focus on replacing legacy systems with a modern, centralised platform, ensuring smooth delivery from initial requirements through to implementation and business transition.
This is a high-profile role requiring strong coordination across multiple business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities*Lead end-to-end project delivery across discovery, development, testing, implementation, and transition phases
*Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
*Coordinate cross-functional teams including data, technology, operations, and business stakeholders
*Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and issues
*Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes
*Oversee requirements gathering, testing phases (including UAT), and business sign-off
*Support planning for release, migration, and operational handover
*Monitor resource allocation and highlight capacity or delivery risks
What They’re Looking For*Proven experience delivering complex, multi-year transformation or system implementation projects
*Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
*Experience working across full project lifecycles (requirements through to delivery and transition)
*Background in data-driven or system migration programmes is highly desirable
*Excellent planning, governance, and documentation capabilities
*Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
