Business Analyst (x2) - Global Markets Transformation

We are currently supporting a leading global financial institution on a large-scale transformation programme and are looking to hire two experienced Business Analysts to join the team.
This is a multi-year transformation initiative (currently in year 3 of 5), focused on driving significant change across finance and operations. The programme is entering a critical phase, with a high volume of deliverables expected over the next 12 months.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the transition from legacy systems to strategic platforms, working closely with operations and change teams to deliver business-critical improvements. This is a hands-on Business Analyst role where you’ll be expected to contribute from day one.
What we’re looking for
*Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services
*Proven track record of delivering within transformation or change programmes
*Experience working with operations teams and improving processes
*Ability to gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and drive delivery
Desirable (not essential)
*Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, or Money Markets
*Experience within Global Markets environments
*Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. Murex or similar systems)
Note: Domain SME expertise is not essential-strong BA delivery experience is the priority.

*Initial contract: 6 months, with strong likelihood of extension (programme funded for ~15 months+)
