Job Description:
We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing business seeking an Interim FP&A Analyst to support and enhance their planning and forecasting processes during an exciting period of growth.
This role will play a key part in improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening financial visibility, and enabling better data-driven decision-making across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles
*Build, maintain, and enhance robust financial models, with a strong focus on revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
*Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
*Deliver in-depth analysis across revenue streams, margins, and key business performance drivers
*Take ownership of the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
What We’re Looking For:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or commercial finance roles
*Strong financial modelling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
*Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
*Experience working with complex datasets and analysing revenue performance
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
